Peter's practice focuses on criminal trials, appeals, and Motor Vehicle Act proceedings. He regularly appears at all levels of court in British Columbia, and represents clients in bail proceedings, trials, appeals, and more.

With 20 years of criminal law experience, no criminal offence is too big or too small. From regulatory charges to the most serious criminal proceedings, Peter routinely obtains excellent outcomes for his clients. Peter excels at exploring creative ways to resolve matters at the pre-trial stage to minimize the impact court proceedings have on the lives of his clients.  If a matter can only be resolved through trial, Peter is a talented oral and written advocate who will work diligently and skillfully to expose any weaknesses in the Crown case to ensure justice is done.
